Orders

1. Product prices are as shown at time of order.
2. All prices are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
3. System will send order confirmation email to your email address. This email does not constitute a delivery commitment.
4. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including but not limited to:
   (i) Insufficient stock;
   (ii) Unable to deliver to your area;
   (iii) Pricing errors due to human or computer error.

Payment

1. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, PayMe, FPS and bank transfer. All orders settled in HKD.
2. We use third-party payment services. You agree your card details will be collected by payment providers; you bear all transaction risks.
3. If we cancel your order, payments will be fully refunded via original method.
4. We reserve the right to change payment methods without notice.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays due to fire, natural disasters, government regulations, strikes or other force majeure events.
